Enchanted by the live-action movie version of Beauty and the Beast, and the classic animated feature? Walt Disney World offers a number of ways you can celebrate your love for all things Belle, Gaston, and the Beast:
Meet Belle, the Beast, and Gaston
You can meet and take a photo with Belle in a few places, including France and during the princess character meals at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in Norway, both in Epcot. Belle also appears with Beast in the lead of the Festival of Fantasy Parade in the Magic Kingdom at 3 pm each afternoon. Gaston preens for his adoring fans and foes alike outside of his Tavern in New Fantasyland. The Beast greets guests in the study of his castle at Be Our Guest restaurant.
Play your own part in Beauty and the Beast
In the charming Fantasyland attraction Enchanted Tales with Belle, guests step through a magic mirror and into Belle’s world, where they are invited to play a part in reenacting the story of how Belle and the Beast first met.
Pick up Beauty and the Beast Souvenirs
The best places to shop for Beauty and the Beast-themed souvenirs are at the new D-Living store in Disney Springs (which recently underwent a complete transformation inspired by the movie), Village Traders in New Fantasyland (next door to Gaston’s Tavern), and the larger merchandise stores like Mouse Gear in Epcot (where we found the Belle teacups pictured below). You can find elegant dishes adorned with gold fleurs-de-lis, Lumiere candelabras for your mantle at home, Chip teacups with Mrs. Potts teapots, figurines, tapestries, and more.
Catch a Beauty and the Beast Show
Beauty and the Beast—Live on Stage! is a Broadway-style performance at the open-air Theater of the Stars in Hollywood Studios. This 25-minute show features characters and songs from the animated film. In the Magic Kingdom, Lumiere makes an appearance in the 4D animated attraction Philharmagic.
See the Enchanted Rose and Belle’s Yellow Gown
You can see the enchanted rose, under a glass dome with falling petals, in the Rose Gallery dining room at Be Our Guest restaurant in the Magic Kingdom. It’s also on display at Walt Disney: One Man’s Dream in Hollywood Studios, which also houses Belle’s iconic yellow ball gown (through March 26).
Try Some Treats from the Castle’s Kitchen
In the Magic Kingdom, you can try The Grey Stuff—we hear it’s delicious—when you order the Master’s Cupcake at Be Our Guest restaurant. Over at Gaston’s Tavern in New Fantasyland, you can sample LeFou’s Brew, a mug of frozen apple juice laced with toasted marshmallow and topped with mango foam. Back on Main Street USA, the Confectionary has a Belle-inspired vanilla cupcake.
In Disney Springs, head to Amorette’s Patisserie in Town Center for the Enchanted Rose cake.
Check out the Belle & Beast Topiary
Topiaries in France shaped like Belle, Beast and other “Beauty and the Beast” characters are showcased during the International Flower and Garden Festival, which runs now until May 29.
Get a Princess Makeover Like Belle
Belle costumes and accessories are found in shops throughout the theme parks and Disney Springs. For the full princess makeover treatment, make an appointment at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in either Disney Springs or within Cinderella Castle at the Magic Kingdom.
